  • Do we Maintain Professional ethics issued by ICAI, ICSI and ICMAI?
    • Yes. We Publish your details on portal as per Institute's guidelines and rule. We do not disclose your consultation fee, special achievements, etc. on the face.
      Further we Do not accept Professionals other than CA/CMA/CS and Lawyers.

    • IT IS A WEB BASED APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY which allows P2P communication and data transmission without the need for installing plugins or application.
      System build using Web Real-Time Communication which allows real-time, peer-to-peer, media exchange between two devices. A connection is established through a discovery and negotiation process called signalling. Signalling Server here just work as mediator between you and users. Once Connection is established, Signalling Server starts performing his task.
      Signalling Server create a separate room for your chat session and add all participants to that room. Receive/send data in encrypted form from device to another without storing in database server.
      All data send over RTCDataChannel is secured using DTLS

      2. Visit Appointment page and find new bookings
      3. Click on JOIN and enter Meeting Room on Scheduled time.
      4. Once Client Join you, Start Conversation.
      5. You may invite your colleague to Join on Conversation. Share Room ID and ask to open www.fintaxx.com/meet.

      You’ll also get SMS/Email alert before 15 minutes of schedule time and a link to Join.
  • If someone booked my appointment; How I will get informed?
    • You will get instant Email and SMS for every booking with details of client name, schedule date and time, matter of consultation etc.

      Again before 15 minutes of Scheduled time, you will get a reminder SMS/Email along with joining link.

      ALTERNATIVELY , You can Login and check all appointments and JOIN by one click.
  • Which Browsers Should I use for Virtual Meeting or Paid Consultation?
    • It is Recommended to use Google Chrome with good internet speed (preferably 4G or Broadband/Wi-Fi). For Comfortable - use Laptop or Desktop if more than 2 participants in meeting room.
      NO Downloading or NO Plugins required here. Simply use chrome and Log in to your panel & Join Meeting Room. TOO EASY TO USE IT.
  • Can I set my Consultation Timing and Fees?
    • Yes. There is option to set your consultation hours and Fees per 15 and 30 Mins. basis.
  • Is Linkedin profile page compulsory?
    • Not Compulsory. But your Social media page like Linkedin, FB, etc. helps to gain more confidence and trust in first time users.

      But we recommend to put your social media page link. As It help users to take a quick tour of your profile before booking appointment.
  • How to get Login ID and Password?
    • System generated Login ID and Password send on your Registered Email ID and Mobile number.
  • Can I update or Edit my profile anytime?
    • Yes.
  • How users or client pays booking fee?
    • Users or clients pay us online and book your appointment. We fortnightly remit your fee after deduction of facility charges and transaction fee.
  • Can I track my transaction data and MIS?
    • Yes. MIS Report available at your panel.
  • How can I delete my Profile?
    • Send a request at info@fintaxx.com. Your profile will be deleted permanently within 2 working days.
  • Is there any feedback mechanism available in chat consultation?
    • After successful chat conversation ( or consultation), we take online feedback from Consultant and Users both.
